Vintage 90s South Cotton Hand Knit Cardigan M L Geometric Art to Wear Heavy

Vintage circa 1990s South Cotton "Knitted by Hand" heavyweight cardigan featuring an intricate dimensional geometric knit in black, cream, muted blue, taupe, gold and touches of pink. Finished with black textured trim, two front pockets and beautiful antiqued silver-tone dimensional floral/star buttons. Exceptionally substantial, soft hand-knit construction with an art-to-wear look.

Fiber-content and size tags are no longer present. Comparable South Cotton hand-knit sweaters were produced in cotton and cotton/viscose blends; because the original fiber label is missing, exact fiber content is unknown.

Approximate measurements are 21" pit to pit (42" garment chest, 19" shoulder to shoulder, 26" shoulder to hem (see photo). Based on the measurements and comparable South Cotton sizing, this is estimated to be a size Large.
